Hi, I'm Sagarika!
I am a senior at Lincoln High School, born and raised in Portland, OR. My parents are originally from South India and I have an older sister who is a high-school teacher in California. My family and community have influenced my choice of activities. Inspired by my sister, I started studying and performing an Indian Classical Dance form called Bharatanatyam, at the age of four. Along with my father, I have been training in Shotokan Karate since I was seven years old. From my mother, I have discovered a passion for community service. My three dogs and bird are my constant companions when I am home.
